Our Story
Karyme Alejos and Mersey Morales met at Harvard Law School as Future Leaders in Law Fellows. Inspired by their experiences as first-generation college graduates, they founded LEA to bridge the resource gap for Latina women in Latin America and the U.S., providing mentorship, role models, and community support.
